Terry J. Bowers is a licensed general contractor with 33 years of experience in the industry. His "hands on" training includes all aspects of construction from the grading of the plot through project completion. His comprehensive knowledge of the assembly of buildings allows him to thoroughly understand the building process.
Mr. Bowers has served as a tradesman, supervisor, foreman, superintendent, and project manager on projects ranging from single-family residences to commercial properties. He was also an owner and operator of a cabinet shop that produced European and standard face-framed cabinets, counter tops, did custom milling and installed pre-hung doors.
Over the past several years Mr. Bowers's primary occupation has been been as an expert on behalf of plaintiffs and developers in construction defect litigation cases.
His experience includes conducting defective testing on numerous construction projects. This testing has included windows, firewall construction, stucco systems, deck construction and coatings, roofing, framing, ceramic tile installations and structural issues.
